THE MAYONAISE JAR AND THE BEER
When things in life seem almost too much, when 24 hours a day is not enough ... Remember the Mayonnaise Jar and the beer.
A teacher before his philosophy class wordlessly picked up a large empty jar of mayonnaise and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. HE then asked the students if the jar was full. Students were in agreement in saying YES!. HE THEN picked up a box of pebbles and poured THEM into the jar of mayonnaise. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf BALLS. THe teacher ASKED again if the jar was full, they ALL saID YES!!. Then ... THE teacher TOOK OUT a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled all the gaps, AND the teacher asked once more if the jar was full. On this occasion the students responded with a 'YES' unANIMOUSLY .THE professor then EMPTIED a beer bottle WHICH BUBBLED BUT SUCCESSFULLY fillED the empty space between the sand AND EVERYTHING ELSE. The students laughed at this occasion. When the laughter subsided, the professor said:
'I want you to recognize that this jar REPRESENTS LIFE. "Golf balls are the important things, like family, children, health, friends, anything you'RE PASSIONATE ABOUT. THEY ARE things, that even if we lost everything ELSE and only they remained, your life would still be full.
The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, home, car, etc. The sand is everything else, the small stuff.
"If you put the sand into THE JAR first, there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.
The same goes for life. "
If we spend all our time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that really matter Pay attention to things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children, Take time to get medical checkups, Go with your partner to dinner, practice your favorite sport or hobby.
There will be time to clean house and fix the water PIPES. Take care of the golf balls first, the things that really matter. Set your priorities, the rest is just sand ..One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the beer represented.
The professor smiled and said: "I'm glad you asked ... It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there is always room for a beer with a friend. "

Cuando las cosas en la vida Parecen demasiado, Cuando 24 horas al día No son suficientes...Recuerda el frasco
De mayonesa y La Cerveza.
Un profesor delante de su clase de Filosofía sin decir palabra tomo un Frasco grande y vacío de mayonesa y Procedió a llenarlo con pelotas de golf.Luego le preguntó a sus estudiantes si el Frasco estaba lleno. Los estudiantes Estuvieron de acuerdo en decir que si.Así que el profesor tomo una caja llena de Canicas y la vació dentro del frasco de Mayonesa. Las canicas llenaron los espacios Vacíos entre las pelotas de golf.El profesor volvió a preguntar a los estudiantes si el frasco estaba lleno, ellos volvieron a decir Que si. Luego...el profesor tomoUna caja con arena y la vació dentro del frasco. Por supuesto, la arena lleno todos los espacios Vacíos, así que el profesor pregunto nuevamente Si el frasco estaba lleno. En esta ocasión los estudiantes respondieron Con un 'si' unánime.El profesor enseguida agrego una cerveza Al contenido del frasco y efectivamente llenó Todos los espacios vacíos entre la arena. Los estudiantes reían en esta ocasión. Cuando la risa se apagaba, el profesor dijo:
'QUIERO QUE SE DEN CUENTA QUE ESTE FRASCO REPRESENTALA VIDA'.Las pelotas de golf son las cosas Importantes,Como la familia, los hijos, la salud, Los amigos, todo lo que te apasiona.Son cosas, que aún si Perdiéramos todo lo demás y solo éstas quedaran, Nuestras vidas aún estarían llenas.
Las canicas son Las otras cosas Que importan, como El trabajo, La casa, El auto, etc. La arena es todo Lo demás,Las pequeñas Cosas.
'Si ponemos la arena en elfrasco primero, no habría espacio para las canicas ni para las pelotas de golf.
Lo mismo ocurre con la vida'.
Si gastamos todo nuestro tiempo y energía en las cosas pequeñas, nunca tendremos lugar para las Cosas realmente importantes
Presta atención a las cosas que son cruciales Para tu felicidad. Juega con tus hijos,Tomate tiempo para asistir al doctor,Ve con tu pareja a cenar,Practica tu deporte o afición favorita.
Siempre habrá tiempo para limpiar la casa y reparar la llave del agua. Ocúpate de las pelotas de golf primero, de las cosas que realmente importan.
Establece tus prioridades, el resto es solo arena..
Uno de los estudiantes levantó la mano y pregunto que representaba la cerveza.
El profesor sonrió y dijo: 'Que bueno que lo preguntas... Sólo es para demostrarles, que no importa cuan ocupada tu vida pueda parecer,siempre hay lugar para una cerveza con un amigo.'

Diary of a frustrated dad
Oh love! The amazing feeling we all crave to have within our lives bodies and souls. But are we really prepared to
suffer the possible consequences that love brings. Well when I was ten I used to think so as amazing as it seems 20 years later I realize I wasn't NOONE IS. Love seems at fist sight doable, enjoyable and even not a risky mood. As a matter of fact you can compare it with happiness and even though they go hand to hand and one completes the other they indepently exist and are two different things. Happiness per se doesn't leave a trail or a sequence that will hurt u but for the most love will. One of the very best to describe this will be to find the real meaning of the word enthusiasm the perfect synonim for happiness en theus meus (god within) according to that definition then if you're an atheist you don't have happiness. Therefore love is not an option because there's no love without happiness and viceversa that is what I wanna stress today they exist independently but coexist only within our minds cause that's how we were created. Or at least that's what's preprogrammed in our brains. Life goes on and I met a girl named Melina black shiny hair as black and shiny as an 8 ball still on the new envoltury lazy eyes (yes those that make you look innocent) and the sweetest voice ever only compared to those who tell stories on tv her voice was like a eating the softest marshmallow when your sugar level is low. Or something like that and the funny thing is that she wasn't a popular girl or one of those untouchable girls as matter of fact that's the only reason why I could honestly say I liked her without hating her. Now don't tell me you've never done that where you absolutely love the way someone looks but you hate them because they won't give u the time or the day WE'VE ALL DONE IT!
She was sweet to me and I think she blushed once that they were joking in class about her being my girlfriend, it was me blushing about her blushing but since I have dark skin noone noticed until now shh this will be the first time I say this I loved everysecond around her I thought that was the girl I would Marry someday just because it made me happy to think that such an amazing girl could some day be mine. Another words I thought the happiness I felt was love. Tell you even more there was a popular kid in class that made a joke about me once in the chalkboard (yes that's what they used back then) and she got up and erased it and told him off in such a way that till this day I think is the sexiest shit anyone has ever done for me. That and a couple of private dances but that's another post. They even had a song from camilo sesto called Melina that was at its peak back in the day and I'd melt when it played. Well but the bottom line is that many things happened we even played spin the bottle once but she wasn't kissed or neither was I we danced some merengue that day still remember her face asking me to dance salsa with her and me saying I don't know how and her saying not even a little tiny tiny bit? Lol I wanted to be one of those performers on so u think u can dance and impress her so she felt that I was happy around her NOT IN LOVE! But very happy. Well if you must know nothing happened and then her parents moved and took her away from me. At least that how I saw it. This concludes the first chapter of my series a frustrated dad. suffer the possible consequences that love brings. Well when I was ten I used to think so as amazing as it seems 20 years later I realize I wasn't NOONE IS. Love seems at fist sight doable, enjoyable and even not a risky mood. As a matter of fact you can compare it with happiness and even though they go hand to hand and one completes the other they indepently exist and are two different things. Happiness per se doesn't leave a trail or a sequence that will hurt u but for the most love will. One of the very best to describe this will be to find the real meaning of the word enthusiasm the perfect synonim for happiness en theus meus (god within) according to that definition then if you're an atheist you don't have happiness. Therefore love is not an option because there's no love without happiness and viceversa that is what I wanna stress today they exist independently but coexist only within our minds cause that's how we were created. Or at least that's what's preprogrammed in our brains. Life goes on and I met a girl named Melina black shiny hair as black and shiny as an 8 ball still on the new envoltury lazy eyes (yes those that make you look innocent) and the sweetest voice ever only compared to those who tell stories on tv her voice was like a eating the softest marshmallow when your sugar level is low. Or something like that and the funny thing is that she wasn't a popular girl or one of those untouchable girls as matter of fact that's the only reason why I could honestly say I liked her without hating her. Now don't tell me you've never done that where you absolutely love the way someone looks but you hate them because they won't give u the time or the day WE'VE ALL DONE IT!
She was sweet to me and I think she blushed once that they were joking in class about her being my girlfriend, it was me blushing about her blushing but since I have dark skin noone noticed until now shh this will be the first time I say this I loved everysecond around her I thought that was the girl I would Marry someday just because it made me happy to think that such an amazing girl could some day be mine. Another words I thought the happiness I felt was love. Tell you even more there was a popular kid in class that made a joke about me once in the chalkboard (yes that's what they used back then) and she got up and erased it and told him off in such a way that till this day I think is the sexiest shit anyone has ever done for me. That and a couple of private dances but that's another post. They even had a song from camilo sesto called Melina that was at its peak back in the day and I'd melt when it played. Well but the bottom line is that many things happened we even played spin the bottle once but she wasn't kissed or neither was I we danced some merengue that day still remember her face asking me to dance salsa with her and me saying I don't know how and her saying not even a little tiny tiny bit? Lol I wanted to be one of those performers on so u think u can dance and impress her so she felt that I was happy around her NOT IN LOVE! But very happy. Well if you must know nothing happened and then her parents moved and took her away from me. At least that how I saw it. This concludes the first chapter of my series a frustrated dad. Sabias que el asunto de los treinta es supuestamente como una tavanà y toda nueva decada es similar es como que trein TA! cuaren TA! Cincuen TA! . Pero que va eso es mentira llegue ahi hace 4 meses y creanme es lo mismo solo mas reflexion y mejor perspectiva crecimiento espiritual y un sincero sentido de Apreciar lo que verdaderamente importa en nuestras vidas. ser de una edad no te have ser viejo de hecho a eso que le llAmamos ser viejos no es tan malo del todo. Se que en mi caso hasta mirandome al espejo bailando o hablando en publico de una u otra forma me siento diferente y en muchas ocasiones hasta me restrinjo de hacer o decir Ciertas vainas con tal de no sentir que como dirian en Mexico me paso de vergansitos o patitos. Espero Que si hoy o pronto cumples UNO de estos famosos TAS puedas REIr y cantar ser libre y sincer@ contigo y con los demas o como siempre digo be naked and out of your clothes!

En una reunión de feministas sube al estrado una inglesa y cuenta su historia:

- Una vez yo llegué a casa y le dije a mi esposo, ¡¡¡Yo vengo muy cansada del trabajo y a partir de hoy no voy a volver a lavar ropa!!!.....
El primer día no vi nada, el segundo día no vi nada, el tercer día lo vi en la lavadora y desde ese día es el quien se encarga de lavar su ropa y la mía".
¡Bravo! , ¡Hurra! , gritaban y aplaudían las mujeres. . . .
Le toca el turno a una DOMINICANA que cuenta su historia:

Cuando las cosas en la vida Parecen demasiado, Cuando 24 horas al día
No son suficientes...Recuerda el frasco
De mayonesa y la cerveza
Un profesor delante de su clase de Filosofía sin decir palabra tomo un Frasco grande y vacío de mayonesa y Procedió a llenarlo con pelotas de golf.
Luego le preguntó a sus estudiantes si el Frasco estaba lleno. Los estudiantes
Estuvieron de acuerdo en decir que si.
Así que el profesor tomo una caja llena de Canicas y la vació dentro del frasco de Mayonesa. Las canicas llenaron los espacios Vacíos entre las pelotas de golf.
El profesor volvió a preguntar a los estudiantes si el frasco estaba lleno, ellos volvieron a decir Que si.
Luego...el profesor tomo
Una caja con arena y la vació dentro del frasco. Por supuesto, la arena lleno todos los espacios Vacíos, así que el profesor pregunto nuevamente Si el frasco estaba lleno. En esta ocasión los estudiantes respondieron Con un 'si' unánime.
El profesor enseguida agrego una cerveza fria Al contenido del frasco y efectivamente llenó Todos los espacios vacíos entre la arena. Los estudiantes reían en esta ocasión. Cuando la risa se apagaba, el profesor dijo:
'QUIERO QUE SE DEN CUENTA QUE ESTE FRASCO REPRESENTA
LA VIDA'.
Las pelotas de golf son las cosas Importantes,
Como la familia, los hijos, la salud, Los amigos, todo lo que te apasiona.
Son cosas, que aún si todo lo demás lo
Perdiéramos y solo éstas quedaran,Nuestras vidas aún estarían llenas.
Las canicas son Las otras cosas
Que importan, como El trabajo, La casa, El auto, etc.
La arena es todo Lo demás,
Las pequeñas Cosas.
'Si ponemos la arena en el
frasco primero, no habría espacio para las canicas ni para las pelotas de golf.
Lo mismo ocurre con la vida'.
Si gastamos todo nuestro tiempo y energía en las cosas pequeñas, nunca tendremos lugar para las Cosas realmente importantes
Presta atención a las cosas que son cruciales Para tu felicidad.
Juega con tus hijos,
Tomate tiempo para asistir al doctor,
Ve con tu pareja a cenar,
Practica tu deporte o afición favorita.
Siempre habrá tiempo para limpiar la casa y reparar la llave del agua.
Ocúpate de las pelotas de golf primero, de las cosas que realmente importan.
Establece tus prioridades, el resto es solo arena..
Uno de los estudiantes levantó la mano y pregunto que representaba la cerveza
El profesor sonrió y dijo:
'Que bueno que lo preguntas... Sólo es para demostrarles, que no importa cuan ocupada tu vida pueda parecer,siempre hay lugar para una cerveza fria con gente que te importa.
